We had a great time at Newport Storm Brewery. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the brewing and distilling processes and the flavor profiles of each beer.

We loved how we could hang out at the bar or walk upstairs to see the brewing equipment and watch Dirty Jobs. Our bartender was exceptional at delivering the background and history of Newport Storm and Thomas Tew. It was very interesting. The beer and rum were tasty, especially the raw rum (which was clear) and the smoky porter (which tasted like bacon). We will be back!

Tour was fun and informative. I certainly have a better appreciation for why micro brews are pricey. Tastings were fun as well, nice afternoon on a cold winter day!
