Friendly, helpful people there and I loved that they give you a printed sheet of commiserations when they have to shave the dog. It also has tips for grooming them so it's not necessary next time!

Our groomer, Simone, was incredible. She took time to understand our specific requests and delivered our beautifully groomed pup faster than the estimated time frame. The owners were also very friendly and upbeat. Since this was our first visit, they paid special attention to our nervous pup to make sure she was safe, happy and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Donna greeted me and my puppy with a warm smile , then played with the puppy getting him familiar with the place. Then the groomer Simone come out and spoke to me regarding what would I like to have done asked for clarification and was also very friendly. I love the service and folks at Tail Waggerz!!
