Teppanyaki

Anyone who's had this grilled cuisine before knows that it's as much about the process as it is about what's on the plate. Chefs slice and dice meats and veggies with a generous helping of showmanship, flipping the morsels on an iron griddle as they build onion "volcanoes" that spew flames from their cores. Protein choices include scallops, steak, lobster, and chicken, which people can also mix and match for a combination platter.

Sushi

Though less flashy than their teppanyaki counterparts, the restaurant's sushi chefs are just as skilled. At the sushi bar, they roll gorgeous maki such as the aptly named Tuna Amazing, which blends together white tuna tempura, pepper tuna, mango sauce, and tobiko.
