Everyone I have met at Champ is very friendly and helpful. The instructors are great about showing lower intensity options for anyone who needs it. The classes are fun and give you a great workout.

Great place to workout. Fitness classes are fabulous. They offer all Les Mills classes - instructors are fabulous, enthusiastic and motivating...you will LOVE it!!

These classes are amazing, but get there early to find a parking spot in the evening. The parking situation isn't the greatest.
