The sales woman was not very helpful, she just pointed to a section. The selection was not very diverse. After I paid for the item they simply said it could be delivered on the day I asked & said I would be called with a time frame that day. The delivery men were very pushy about getting a tip & waited inside my home by the door until my husband told them they could go, because we were not tipping 5 minutes of delivery work for a 300 dresser we had already paid in full for. There was a piece of wood broken off from the bottom when they brought it, but I am so reluctant to deal with this people again that we are simply ignoring the defect.
