I just had my hair cut and colored by Shana and she did a great job. She was very personable and I will recommend her to my friends! I will definitely be back to see her myself!

bangs cut too short and st. across after I said to curve them around the face positive= allowed me to do a perm instead of frost. however..... she missed a part on the lower back...... no perm took there it hangs now( was even across) down about 3 inches i asked for partial refund.... or redo that one part... she said maybe i combed it out.....which is ridiculous because if one did that( i did not) the entire back would have been combed out and be 3 inches longer........ i have to go pay for a haircut now to trim the 3 inches off where the perm was not done......and live with the st. part for 3 months
