I attended for a few months last year but I stopped going because I was not happy with the instruction. There were teenage instructors rather than the advertised instructor. Class ended up being a 30 minute cage fighting class, rather than a 1 hour boot camp fitness class as advertised. the teenage instructors did not always have a workout plan so would make one up last minute. Instructors changed a couple of times and some were awkward at instruction. I was the only one or one of an extremely small group of participants that showed up and a couple of times felt uncomfortable with the male teenage instructor. I sat in car and left without attending if I was only one in class. Stopped going
