I find owner operated establishments provide the best services. I have had several massages at the chain type spas and it is clear by the services provided that it is simply a job for those employees. Serenity Massage is different, it is a perfect example of a proprietor providing her absolute best every time!

She cancelled appointments and acted like it was your fault. She didn't return calls and had to many excuses. Not professional.

It's in a doctor's office and it is not a relaxing massage as much as a medical massage. The enviroment was not relaxing as it was in a doctors office with very thin walls that allowed me to hear the watiing room and the room upstairs
