The staff was friendly. The instructor Alex is tough but attentive to new students. Definetly recommended the kickboxing class.

I have to say I’ve enjoyed the hurt that comes along with these workouts! For kickboxing, I would recommend buying your gloves. They will wrap your hands for free. The people there teaching and in class are super nice. You will sweat like you’ve never sweat.
