Other employees looked young and inexperienced. They seemed to be lounging around while the boss was doing all the work. They did not show the level of customer service awareness (making eye contact, greeting, chatting, smiling) that the owner has. I would not want to get my hair cut by anyone other than the owner. Pictures of her kids were nice touch, made it personal.
