I had a great experience. I feel bad that I forgot my lady's name. She is Japanese, very sweet, pleasant, and patient. I have a lot of hair and she did a great job. She shampood my hair, deep continioned, cut then blow dried and styled it. Fantastic Deal! I would definitely come back again!
