Need to know which client came in for what treatment instead of guessing or assuming. It appeared they didn't know what they're doing. & make sure or ask the client if they need anything --like a towel or water. Not enough water available.

I felt tricked. The ad said massage, with a picture of a lady massaging another lady. It was a machine that was far from relaxing. It was poorly advertised and ruined my day.
