It works, could not comfortably turn my neck completely to either side for nearly 20 years and they found a way to release my neck.
Very friendly staff also.

I did a Cryotherapy session for the 1st time & it was an experience! Didn't know what to expect, everyone was so nice, place was ultra clean & the doctor explained the 3 minute procedure in full. It was a real rush, so cool. Definitely will go back.

If you workout a lot and want to kill those stubborn pounds, as well as get rid of the sour muscle pain, this is great. All you need is socks and gloves.
