Just did my first class and absolutely loved it!! Brittany is so nice and helpful! The space is small and comfortable and everyone at the class was very nice. I didn’t feel judged in the slightest as yoga is all new to me and i was able to keep up but also work at my own pace

Great hot yoga class last night! Just what my body needed after so much sitting working from home. I loved the giant yoga room and the instructor was great! Loved his energy!

My first ever yoga class and it was amazing. I've enjoyed Melissa's energy and would describe the difference between home practice and class experience as a more guided meditative movement. The group energy kept me focused and even though i didnt know all the terms and poses i felt no self consciousness other than the inner focus of the student. i felt amazing and i sleep better after the night classes. my own practice is very morning energy oriented so having this in my life has balanced a lot of my night time routine!! the general aura of the studio is clean, fresh, warm and comfy. It's an older Lakewood building full of love but in very clean condition. there is tape on the floor to space out yoga mats so there won't ever be distancing issues.
