I will probably not be going back because they're so hard to get ahold of. No one answers the phone, and it took 24 hours to get back to me. They're supposed to be convenient and "drop in." But I don't work downtown, and I need to know quickly if they're available.

Your staff was friendly and courteous, however your establishment lacks the basics of a spa boutique. Invest in the equipment that's expected in the industry like massage chairs with built-in wash basins for pedicures. Better towels, seating and practices such as not requiring your customers to hold the drying units in their laps and having separate ones for feet and hands.
