They just got a new customer!!

I bought my wife a package of salon services that were listed on the site as: Root coloring, shampoo, haircut, and gloss. When she arrived they stared at the certificate as if they had never seen one before. On the certificate the services that I thought I had purchased were not specifically listed, but it was listed as something like a "Beauty Package" (I made that title up) I wrote the services that were listed on the Internet Ad on the back of the certificate. She was informed that these services I listed and thought I purchased were not included. They performed the root touch up and shampoo and charged her $48. in addition to what we paid for the certificate. To top it all off, they sent her home with her hair wet and said that blow dry was not included. The problem with this certificate is that the services that a buyer purchases are not listed on the certificate and it is up to someone's interpretation at the Salon to decide what services you are in fact going to receive. SERVICES SHOULD BE ITEMIZED ON THE CERTIFICATE TO AVOID CONFUSION. The Salon and employees are nice but what she had a very negative experience.

I paid for a cut gloss overlay and style and when I got to the salon I asked the owner if sh could put the curling iron to my head she said yes and then when we went to her chair she realized they overbooked and she had a client waiting. Then I asked her if she would have time to curl my hair and she said well they overbooked she said she was not sure. then i said i will pay extra and she said it would be 15 dollars more I said ok and then she tells the girl waiting that she was rushing and would be right with her. That made me uncomfortable. Then when i was checking out she says to the receptionist charge her thirty dollars and I was surprised because she told me 15 dollars in the chair. On
