Not a relaxing experience!

It looked like there was soap scum on the rim of the pedicure tub. This was very in appealing and seems like you do not thoroughly clean your supplies which is pretty serious, especially when foot fungus may be involved. You should clean the tubs, take a Mr. Clean eraser to it or something. Also, my package was valued at 84.00 which was inaccurate. The pedicure given was a basic pedicure, and there was no full leg massage, yes she massaged my feet for maybe 1 min each, but that is normal for a pedicure. The pedicure with shellac manicure is TRULY only a 48.00 value, Max. I felt like I was gipped for this visit, I did not get a deal, I basically paid full price, especially because I tipped on the 84.00 value, not on the actual value. Also, I went home and washed the dishes and my thumb nail shellac chipped! I had to file it down so noone would notice. So much for lasting two weeks!

First appointment the owner acted unprofessioanlly. Prefer not to describe how she talked or looked. Did my hair there. Then went back to do my nails. The nails were smudeed and the person said it would take too long to redo it.

Worst mani/pedi of my life. Kept pushing the upgrade of the shallac on the nails. I finally gave in And it is ugly. Thick, gloppy, settled into my cuticles it was also clear that the lady wasn't trained properly in how to apply the shellac. The pedicure chair was broken. Place was dirty Seriously the Asian boutiques are much better.

I had an appointment. Went there, drove an hour and no one was there.
