It is a good place to challenge yourself, however I recommend that your careful not to push your body to much at first.

Don't be intimidated by what you see on tv or the internet. They will show you step by step and everything is scaled way back to what you're comfortable with. Great place

I just started going and I Love it.. I 've taken kickboxing and boot camp before, but this is a GREAT workout like nothing I've ever experienced.
