THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE & FRIENDLY, BUT I HAVE HAD BOTOX BEFORE AND IT WAS VERY PAINLESS. THIS TIME WAS NOT THE CASE. FELT LIKE HE WAS JABBING THE NEEDLE IN EVERY TIME. I HAVE BRUSEING UNDER MY EYE AND ON MY FOREHEAD BECAUSE OF IT. I HAVE NEVER HAD BLEEDING AND BRUSEING BEFORE. I ALSO HAD A REACTION TO TE SPRAY HE USED AS A DEADNER, THATDIDNT TAKE AFFECT TILL 20 MINS AFTER THE PROCEEDURE.
