Appointment took forever, nails had to be touched up several times, during appt. No massage or soaking of hands. Came home and had to repaint a toe that was only half painted. Never saw instruments sterilized just pulled out of a bag and didn’t see pedicure basin sterilized either.Nothing like any other mani pedi I have ever had. Wont’ be going back.
