The front person needs to be better at explaining things. I go to the CDN TIRE near my home so I probably won't be back, but I think that I would recommend it to others. The guy that worked on the car was very good at explaining everything.

it would have been so much better if appointments were possible. Having been told to come down as there are no waits then to be told it's all filled up once I get there 20 minutes later really sucked. I would loved to have been able to make an appointment rather than sweat over when to go there especially since I work M-F and weekends are always a gong show. They didn't do the inspection like they advertised, either. I'm rather bitter about the whole thing to be honest.
