Behnaz accidentally overbooked, yet she treated each of us as if we were the only client, and worked between us seemlessly. Love my cut and highlights. Will definitely go back and have recommended her to others.

I normally don't like my hair cuts right after I get them, this was the first time I loved it. Benhaz seemed to know exactly what my hair needed, the color turned out fabulous and I love the cut. She was also very efficient. Found my new hair salon!

Completely unprofessional! I showed up for my 10am appointment and she was outside the door saying she had no key to get in...she asked if I could come back later, so I asked her if she had space at 12:30pm and she said yes. I came back and she was in the middle of highlighting someone's hair! I waited...fairly impatiently by now...and she called me over to wash my hair. She put a conditioner in it and then proceeded to just leave me in that uncomfortable position with your neck and head hanging over the sink while she proceeded to cut the other woman's hair!!! I eventually got up and started reading magazines while I quietly fumed...she eventually finished with the other woman, rinsed my hair and proceeded to give me the quickest, sloppiest haircut ever. Needless to say, I will never, ever be going back there!
