Options Deli is located in Lonsdale Quay. However it is impossible to find, as they don't have a sign with their name. Also the Mall Directory does not have their name on it. Also the Mall Information and Mall stores List does not have their name nor does anyone know of "Options Deli". It was a supreme challenge to try to find where this place is located. We were told by Information that it was not in the Quay Mall. Bad to advertise without a unit address and without a store-front name!!

The bread for the sandwiches was terrible. It would be better to use good bread and forget the fries which weren't up to much

overpriced for what you get pulled pork had too much sugar in the sauce that made it hard to eat clam chowder was the worst I have ever had- watery and no clams!!!

The sandwich was pretty good but my big issue is with the Styrofoam container it came in. When I use the other half of this voucher I will take my own container. And in the future, I won't buy anything there until they get recyclable containers.

I had the breakfast special... I would have appreciated real hash browns or potatoes...not frozen french fries cut up small and served. The bacon was good and the eggs.
