Valley Hot Yoga is always the place I go when I need some healing time for myself. The people who teach are always so welcoming, reminding you that the space and time is for you and only you. The over all atmosphere is gentle and relaxing. I love Valley Hot Yoga and recommend it for everyone, all shapes, sizes and physical abilities!

Hospitable & welcoming, I felt comfortable right away even though I have never done this type of yoga before. I came in with an injury and I felt supported in the process. BTW they have changed the name to Valley Hot Yoga.

Love Bikram Yoga NoHo. I'm from out of town and travel 40 mins to get there when I can. Perfect 90 min moving meditation and nice to be able to practice w/great teachers when I am away from home.
