It was a bit difficult to get a hold of them at first, but once the appt. was set, it was a great experience. We went out to Clear Creek and learned how to pan and use several different sluices. We took home quite a few tips, ideas and a few jokes too! Johnny was very helpful and answered all of our newbie questions happily.

This is a very fun store. Johnny is amazing. The information, history, skill, and community mindedness was refreshing. We are true novises and we learned so much. He is not trying to sell things, he just wants people to enjoy prospecting.
