Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and the instructor was great! It was my first kickboxing class and she continually dropped by my bag to show me proper technique and was very encouraging!

I was looking for an intense workout where I felt results. The staff is super helpful and very approachable. The instructor was very knowledgeable and gave great tips. I'm looking forward to my next class.

What an AWESOME and intense full body workout! Our instructor, Kurtis, was great and really encouraging. He helped us with getting our form right and really pushed us the entire time!

My sister and I purchased 2 weeks at Title Boxing.....Omg best workout ever Cardio and abs u can feel it the next two days but just goes to show its working. Calvin is a GREAT trainer we were a intimidated going in but Calvin made us feel at ease!!

Went to kickboxing Monday evening, and it was great!!! Love that it was a mix, and not just walking on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike!! Can't wait to get to the next class!! Cherie Van Duyn
