There was a fair amount of paperwork to fill out since this was my first visit. Give yourself a few extra minutes before your appointment starts to get it all done.

I was more than pleased with Norwalk Integrated Medical Centers. The staff was very nice and helpful. The chiropractor really took his time to explain things to me and the massage therapist was one of the best I ever had. Between the two of them, they both asked questions to make sure they were helping me in all the right ways, for what I was there for…I walked out feeling like a million bucks!
