Michele offers a wide variety of seasonal, delicious pies. We've tried many (most?) and never tasted one that didn't delight. Our family and dinner guests agree. Her strawberry shortcake (available in summer) is out of this world. Absolutely delicious.

Call in advance if you want a specific fruit pie as there is some seasonal nature to what they can bake.

Go to their web site to see the long list of pie flavors. Must call the day before or when they open early morning to order the flavors you want. I got there after 4:00 pm very few pies left, happy I ordered mine. Delicious pies she has won every pie award. I will go back to try other flavors like the chocolate with nuts. This is mostly a take out bakery, only 3 tables. She does ship pies too.

The pies were fresh and delicious. The mini pies are a good value, since they are rich (i got the chocolate peanut butter pie). Order ahead just in case, if you have your mind set on a certain pie flavor, however I found that the stock was pretty full of choices.

Go early to shop as they run out quick. Ask questions,they were very helpful about what should and what should not be bought and frozen.

The BEST coconut cream pie I have ever had. It is my favorite dessert so I have had many coconut cream pies to judge.
