Great workout. I have no previous experience boxing, but the focus was more on cardio than boxing per se. There was no sparring involved, just work with the bag. I would recommend it.

Great instructors and staff that really do care about helping you become the best you. Hands-on instruction and attention to your workout. Very helpful staff and great workout environment.
