Today was my first time attending. Norm was a great instructor. This is a great package. I recommend this to anyone who would like to get in shape and push themselves into fitness. I plan to join full-time In the future. A life-changing experience.

The workouts are intense but always feel great after ;) The staff is amazing, very personable, and Always takes the time to explain and work with beginners as well as experienced CrossFit-ers!

Really friendly easy to get along with staff. Great environment. I'd recommend giving them a try if you're nearby.
