i am very pleased with the yoga classes and have been telling all my friends.i look forward to the class every week.i am starting to notice a change in my health for the better and a better sense of well being.i hope to continue the classes for many months to come.thank you.

So far my experience at the studio has been positive. There is a nice "vibe" in the studio itself and the teachers and fellow students I have met have been friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful people in a great space! If u want to feel important and valued while bringing relaxation and healing into your life, this is the place to go!!! Everyone there is AWESOME!!!!
