This was my first yoga class in nearly 20 years. Sukha staff is friendly and helpful. I am way out of shape and the class I took allowed me to go slow and only do what was in my comfort range. I highly recommend Sukha Yoga.

Sukha Yoga was fantastic. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The class was the perfect beginner pace. I would definitely recommend.

It is welcoming, very excellent teacher. It was suggested that I might want to do a beginner's class as well, to help me remember all of the poses and how to do them step by step. I'm thrilled.

The studio offers a calming space, a restorative and calm place where yoga is respected as a discipline of mind and body and not misunderstood, like in many fitness centers. I had been looking for a place like this for a long time since I dislike the loud music and the fluorescent lights of regular fitness centers. I have taken a few classes so far and I love the instructors. They are gentle and knowledgeable.

Great class, super challenging yet calming and rewarding. Charlene was an amazing teacher remembering everyone's names and giving each person individual attention. I'm super impressed.
