Great studio! The instructor was very helpful. Smooth process all around and this was my very first yoga class. I did the hot yoga 60 min and it was relaxing and strenuous all at once! Highly recommend

My first experience with hot yoga, I love it! Everyone was very welcoming and our instructor was awesome, she knew it was my first session and made me feel really comfortable. I definitely recommend trying it out, especially this location!

Awesome! Google maps directions were wrong and i was running late for my first ever class at that location, oh no! So I called and the instructor kindly gave me correct directions and I was able to make the class. It was great, 5 star all the way
