Club Pilates-Arrowhead is awesome. The instructors (especially Steve) are so helpful and accommodating. I have a low back injury and they have been very helpful to monitor and guide me to strengthen my core and prevent injury. Signing up for Club Pilates has been a terrific decision for me and my husband. My husband loves it too!

The instructors take the time to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I am crazy about Pilates, I am seeing the difference after 8 classes.

Amazing. Simply amazing! All the instructors are top-notch. Equipment is excellent. Overall experience cannot be beat! Bye-bye mat classes... I'm hooked on these reformers! Many thanks to all at Club Pilates!

Friendly knowlegable staff. It is easy to follow the instructors instructions, and they provide examples of how you should move and breathe. The instructor is amazing, funny and so very helpful. Clean open environment with all the tools needed to be successful at pilates. Club Pilates Arrowhead even has a little boutique in the studio where you can purchase
