They were very rude to me. I scheduled the appointment for 10:30 a.m. and they wrote it down as 10 a.m. When I came in on time, they fought with me over me being 'late' and how I was 'wrong' for thinking it was 10:30. What happened to the customer always being right? And they refused to drop it the whole time I was there. Never again will I go back!
