Set up first consultation. The doctor and consultant did a nice job explaining the program thoroughly although, the doctor was misleading about the additional charges for their products. He made it sound as if I'd get two products weekly because I was "required" to used them. The weigh in and measurements were taken (fully clothed). Unless you wear the exact same clothing each time,I don't know how the measurments can possibly have any meaning. I paid extra for the HGC spray. The gal said "it tastes good" and would curb my appetite and boost my metabolism. It tastes like water, no taste whatsoever nor does it do a thing, a placebo at best. I believe it is just water. Was told they would coach me through daily or every other day phone calls. I have not received a single call from them. I have not been back since. I want a refund!
