sooo friendly.. professional and clean** updated equipment exlpained everything in detail and offered a help plan to pay cleaning was perfect!! painless and professional and she removed all my stains that others could not... sure wish I had dental insurance i have 2 cavities :(... but offers payment plans Very nice people there!! Clean.. and again updated equipment which is in front of you ...so you see all x-rays.... and videos on your situation

Awful experience. They would not even do a cleaning saying that my gums needed a deep cleaning and they "couldn't help me" without it. My gums are NOT that bad and I think it was a set up to make more MONEY. Bad business. I would definitely not recommend this dentist. It took over an hour for just the exam and 30 minutes wait to see the hygienist.

This place is a scam!!! Do not come here! They promoted $35 for cleaning, but nothing was clean. It was a long process of waiting, painful poking through all my gums, then they frankly told me I have to pay $ 675 dollars for a deep cleaning; and they WILL NOT do a regular cleaning at all for me. Either pay $675 or go home. I was so shock !! They did not do what the coupon was promoting, which was a regular dental cleaning procedure. I was speechless, felt cheated and angry. I want a refund. This coupon was just a scam. I paid for a service I did not received.

The hygienist Karen was nice, competent. However she did not do a cleaning. She said I need a deep cleaning and since that was the case they would not do a regular cleaning. That's what I came there for. When Dr. Shah came in to consult, he took 4 cell phone calls. 2 of the calls after a short discussion, he said (to the caller) I will call you back in 2 minutes. One of the calls he was giving someone driving directions, and the last call he excused himself to talk. I thought that was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in a Doctors office. When I checked out, I received a bill for 76.00 for emailing the x-rays to me, a gum x-ray, and antibiotics. Also an exorbitant estimate.
