It is a really nice place, Kathy and Kelly do the best eyelashes and Nick is the one who does the best hairs, highly recommend

Just got my lashes done today and I am thrilled with my results!! They are full and exactly the look I wanted. The tech really took her time making sure they looked great <3

I had an appointment scheduled and the technician did not even get into the slam until 30 min after appointment was to have started. She did do a very nice job and they look great just be sure to have extra time.

I liked the results of the bikini wax, however she wasn't very gentle. I will go back again because the prices are good, but not the best customer service.

Staff was friendly overall, they didn't tell me when I booked the appointment that they only accept tips as cash for the eyelash lady. 2nd time I went they said I needed to pay her in cash completely because she was now an independent contractor. Jusy would have been nice to know this going in so I could bw prepared.

There is no communication with the customer about how things are done and what to expect. Asking questions is impossible because of the language barrier. Very rude-using the phone and no communication with the customer.
