They are quick and to the point. For me it is fine, I don't need all the fluff, but it may come off as cold to some people. They should ask the customer/patient if they have any questions or concerns. I was well informed already but asking makes it seem as if they actually care.
Let the customers know ahead of time they need to own compression garment/spanx or sell
them there. So maybe I wasn't that well researched as I didn't remember hearing about using one lol. I'm glad I had a pair available.

The experience is very educational. Doc as they call him; gives you the information you need to get the best out of the treatment and to make lifestyle changes.

The doctor was friendly and warm, as well as the rest of the staff. As busy as they were, they took time with me, and were very accommodating.
