The place isn’t the nicest-looking, but the staff were very polite, gentle, & professional. Susan at the front desk was especially kind - I had to call a few times last minute & despite the changes, she never sounded frustrated. She was calm, patient, and very professional each time we spoke. That level of customer service goes a long way. Overall, the experience was positive thanks to the staff.
