Great deal, would buy again.

Love the Definity class (especially when there is music). Very few options to find one that hadn't been going for a while. Would have liked to start at beginning and pay for additional sessions.

Disappointed that the Harper Woods Boot Camp was cancelled.

Haven't been to the classes yet, but the manager that I tried to register for classes with was rude both on the phone and through email. Just not good customer service. Also, they made it very confusing which classes could be attended and changed last minute stating some locations did not want to participate. Even if the classes are good, I would not want to attend based on customer service.

the head lady of Fitness RX is very rude

I thought the faciltiy and teacher were terrific, but the local area manager was very unprofessional in her communications. I would not want to work for her and can't imagine how she meets the needs of her instructors.
