Phone calls to set appointment was difficult. Front desk unorganized. Water for pedicure was lukewarm and turned cool before finished.

They were located in oakridge an had a good deal on the gel manicure pedicure combo I usually go to a place closer to home but thought I'd try it. My sister an I went and the ladies were very unprofessional one actually grabbed a guy walking by to come in an "meet" is while we were in the pedicure chairs an were stuck. Asking him if he thought we were pretty an we should give him our numbers. It made us very uncomfortable she even wanted to add us a fb friends. It's not groupings fault at all, I just would never go back there.

The setting - the exterior location was not inviting.

I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time Before they started on me. Then the water for the pedicure was scalding hot. My nails looked horrible. They charged $5 extra for French manicure and $5 extra for French pedicure. The lady said she had been doing nails for 20 years but it looked like I had done my nails myself. It was awful. And random people kept walking in and out of the building. They would go in the back then come around and come back in the store through the front. It was so weird. The people were very unprofessional. They act like they were hanging out in their basement. I will never go back. I had to paint my nails myself when I got home because they looked so terrible. I could not go to work looking like that.
