In 2011, heartbreakers Vivi Noir and Pixie brought sexy back to Oakland. Besides organizing and starring in burlesque shows for the public and at private events, the provocative pair lead titillating dance classes such as Boa Boot Camp, Chair-ology, and Fit Sexy, a risque fitness class. They've shared the stage with such performers as Angie Pantani, Dirty Martini, and the Amazing Traveling Circus Sideshow, and have been seen at BB Kings Blues Club, Asbury Convention Hall, and at the grocery store.

Very cozy enviornment and holly jolly was great but the seating could have been better i spent the whole show sitting at an angle just so i could see.

although the set up was not the best my husband and I made the best of it . if done on a stage all would have been able to enjoy

Love the whole idea, a burlesques haunted house. That was my one date night with my husband in a long time and it was just ok. Unorganized, the girls didn't seem into what they were doing, the same music played over and over (especially while you were waiting) was annoying. 7 deadly sins, not very original. Make-up was cheesy. NOT SCAREY! The best part was the 3rd act, love the bed scene, the room was propped just right, the dancer two thumbs up. Would see it again, but needs work. Then maybe I would recommend to friends.

This was a bad experience. The facility was not appropriate for a performance. It was almost impossible to understand and see what was going on. There was no seating. The "show" started late and then we saw a couple of brief performances and then told we'd have to wait 30 minutes to see the rest of it or come back the next day. This was a 40 minute drive for me, so we decided to just leave. I felt like I was conned into paying for a badly organized dance recital.
