Very fast!! I came in and brought my VHS in to be transferred to DVDs and they had them al done that day! Was very pleased with their business!

No tips but they were so friendly and helpful and restored my old movies so I could relive my memories and were able to repair some of the old worn tapes. I was very happy with their service and would recommend to anyone!.
