Poor customer service. I received two different prices from two different employees based on if I wanted to use synthetic oil. One quoted $50 the other $55. I finally settled to just have the regular oil with a high mileage additive. The employee then pulls my car out and I drive away. I didn't get far when I realized my oil service light was on and had not been reset. I go back to request it be reset and they were perplexed. It took 3 workers to figure out how to turn the light off. Resetting the oil service light is standard and I have never had to tell a service provider that it needed to be reset. Additionally, the mileage was not on the paperwork I had to ask for it to be documented on my service receipt. And looking at the receipt further, I realized there were no other minor services that come standard with most oil changes like checking all fluid levels, tire air pressure, etc. these small things really make a difference. I would not recommend, nor would I be returning to Alex Auto repair.

i have no problem paying $8 for 2 extra quarts of oil for my SUV but charging me an extra $5 for Labor to add the 2 quarts is ridiculous.
