Loved my first class. Never done yoga before but Martin gave clear instructions and pays close attention to individuals. I never thought yoga will feel so good after!

The carpet looks nice and new,but need vacuuming. no smell.The teacher was very good /wordings on how to do the poses . It help my aching back,but can't deal with heat so well. I would go again and will recommend my friends.
