Friendly staff! Knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed the intensed workout. As a senior female, the instructor modified a few if the exercises for me. Thank you BFH!!

This class kicked my booty.. hard. I did not know boxing was such a good workout. The instructor Wayne is super chill, but he also calls you out when you are slacking. This is great for fitness and after a long day it is fun to punch a bag. I highly recommend this class!

Everyone was really welcoming. I was super nervous, but appreciated being immediately thrown into the deep end. The instructor never let me drown in confusion and was upbeat and approachable. I'll be back!
