Don't rush the manicure -- nail polish was not dry and puckered up before the pedicure even started. Give time to allow polish to dry.

We were not greeted when we arrived for our appointments. 15 minutes after the appointment time, we asked how much longer it would be and the response was not friendly. However, the technicians were pleasant during our services.
