I tried to explain to my hair stylist want I wanted but when she was done I really did not like it. To fix it would require starting all over and it was not right to expect that. The owner then came over and before I knew he was busy cutting here and there. He ended up doing a complete new style and I love, love love it! It is super easy to maintain and I now am hoping it will not grow too quickly. And so many friends have complimented me on my new style 😄

My stylist did a good job and the head massage was great, but it's clear that they purposely extend the appointment from 1 hour to 1.5 hours in order to charge extra ($10 for an additional 1/2 hour). I went in for a trim. The stylist washed my hair, head massage/conditioning, straightened my hair, and this took 1.5hours. The place is clean, complimentary speciality coffee's are nice, and the staff is friendly. The entension just seems a little dishonest.

Ask them to call you when they are running late. I ended up waiting 45min!

Went there wanting a new style, but not sure what to do, so Kayla made a suggestion and I came out of there looking like a brand new person with the updated look I wanted! Love it!

The salon is clean and has modern design. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Wioletta did an amazing job on my hair! I definitely recommend the salon!

Service is good...all the stylist i ve had there so far are great. Dont really like their payment policies/technology though. I got charged $2.00 for a debit transaction...like really!? Felt like i was in a convenience store and not a fancy salon.
