Tiana did a great job at communicating and made sure she and I understood each other before we proceeded. The hair wash was relaxing, and she delivered exactly what was best for me. She also commands a pleasant presence and is an interesting person. It is not often that you find a professional who leaves you instantly pleased with new cut.
